Audiology Service

Our audiologists do or supervise hearing testing, including audiometry as well as tympanometry and acoustic reflexes tests. While the medication part of the treatment for tinnitus is overseen by our physician providers, the audiologists help with the devices such as the Neuromonics tinnitus masker. In addition, they also support hearing aids dispensing and related services, including hearing aid support, ear plugs dispensing and ear wax removal. Audrey Cameron, Au.D., and Jeanne Perkins, MA, are the audiologists who do or supervise audiology service at the clinic. Their email is audiology@dizzy-doctor.com.

Audrey Cameron is an Au.D with more than 25 years of experience as a clinical audiologist. Audrey is particularly proficient at vestibular testing and evoked potential testing.

Jeanne Perkins, MA, has had more than 25 years of experience as a clinical audiologist, mainly at the University of Chicago, where she was the directory of the audiology program for more than a decade. Jeanne has a special interest in tinnitus.

Over the years we have had many other audiologists work for us as well as many students spending several months learning to do vestibular testing.
